Fusing their practices of sound design along with the uncertainty of Cairo’s constantly evolving soundscapes, Chicane band members, Hussein Marei and Amin Mourad, utilize the medium of sound attempting to conceptually recreate the local Cairienne soundscape. This soundtrack will be paired with it's own narrative put together by Noushka Farag; a different look at the city using real footage that was taken and manipulated, along with other visuals created to tell their own version of a full day in the streets of Cairo.

Noushka Farag is a Visual Artist (VJ) based in Cairo, Egypt. After 8 years of working in the entertainment industry as an organizer, she decided it was time to join the artistic side of things. Growing up, Noushka has always been fascinated by art and music - and in her first year of university started making ‘music videos’ for fun.
