[Text available only in English] OT-E is a live audiovisual performance born during the 2020 lockdown for an Otolab and Zero broadcasting live streaming. Live combines two types of exploration.
On the visual level, a magmatic and organic flow, obtained through modulations of digital video feedback that deforms abstract generative images and video footage, accompanies the audio with stroboscopic pulsations and induces the viewer to experience a pareidolytic illusion.
On the musical and sound level, the live pursues an evolution of Detroit electro sounds and rhythms in a glowing and layered way in continuous thickening and rarefaction.

Otolab nasce nel 2001 a Milano da un gruppo di affinità che vede musicisti, dj, vj, videoartisti, videomaker, web designer, grafici e architetti unirsi nell’affrontare un percorso comune nell’ambito della musica elettronica e della ricerca audiovisiva.
