INOTA Festival was first held in the framework Veszprém-Balaton 2023 European Capital of Culture programme in 2023. The audiovisual festival took place in an abandoned power plant and featured 17 light art installations, several projection mappings, music and AV performances.
The 100+ performers included Nils Fhram, Overmono, Palms Trax, Daniel Avery, DJ Seinfeld, and Ellen Allien. The festival's aim is to establish an art and event space for forward-thinking visuals and music in the unique environment of the former Inota power plant.

Daniel Besnyo è un artista visivo e VJ di Budapest, Ungheria, uno dei fondatori del primo forum professionale ungherese nel suo campo: VJ Centrum Budapest.
Successivamente, ha lavorato per aumentare la popolarità della cultura AV attraverso diversi progetti e iniziative come proiezioni teatrali, mappature architettoniche, installazioni e organizzazioni di eventi VJ tematici nell'ambito delle arti mediali. E anche amministratore delegato del festival Inota.
Il suo ultimo progetto è il Secret Mapping Experiment.
Mátyás Kálmán si è laureato in design dei media presso l'Università di Arte e Design Moholy-Nagy di Budapest. Lavora come VJ dal 2005, partecipando a festival come LPM, Mapping Festival e Electrovision Live Cinema e Serum Festival.
È cofondatore della comunità VJ Centrum e organizzatore di workshop di numerosi eventi professionali. Nel 2017 e nel 2022 è stato docente ospite presso ELTE, dove ha insegnato documentario creativo e giornalismo video.
