Real time, ableton communication, touchdesigner, create a new language?
The musician has the possibility to control the visual changes directly from his ‘instrument’ to give more impact to the audience’s experience: accents, speed, of movement, luminance, glitches etc.
It is interesting to understand the flow. Does the inspiration come from the image or from the sound?
In the event of a musician who also does visuals, the process of creating a performance is the addition of both?

Luca Spagnoletti was born in Milan, Italy, in 1954. He studied flute with M. Eckstain and E. Casularo, composition with D. Guaccero, composition and electronic music with G. Nottoli.
He's a teaching assistant on "Electronic Music" at the DAMS Roma 2 and a teacher of "Sound Editing" at the Faculty of Engineering Roma 2 Tor Vergata. He also teaches composition and electronic music in various schools of music in Rome.
