OVERSPOELD is a first outtake towards a new approach of audiovisual performance or ambient cinema so to speak.
Although the “sit back & relax” kind of vibe one may enjoy suggests otherwise, the show has a nitty gritty curb to it. “Overspoeld” translates literally to Flooded but actually carries the more subtle connotation of total immersion and overwhelming, as the saying goes “overspoeld met informatie” meaning it’s just too much information.
