Mark Nieuwenhuis is a musical mastermind and multi talented trumpet player, pianist, composer and sound designer from Amsterdam.

Together Mark and de Maan are crafting their ongoing series of unique visual music experiences. Playing out in the open on public events, initiating inclusive collaboration projects and performing heavily improvised sessions for intimate audiences, are few but typical faces of their collaboration.

On his own Mark has released two albums in the last two years, musically enlightening an ever rising number of ensembles, forever miraculously blending, floating along the lines of urban classics to contemporary world fusion and jazz.
