In the era of networks, of knowledge and of hyperconnectivity, the world's relational, emotional and aethetic dimensions cannot b considered as mere decorations of existence, and become methodological elements to create strategies, actions and policies.
In this role, Arts and Design become catalyzers for scientific, technological and social processes.
In the lecture AOS (Art is Open Source) and HER (Human Ecosystems Relazioni) will use some of their projects to show ways in which this can happen and will introduce an action which is about to start: the creation in Rome of a transdisciplinary center for Arts, Sciences and Technologies, focusing on the role of data, of artificial intelligences and of ubiquitous technologies.
